About the Role:

As a Volunteer at Lesbifriends Travel events, your role is to help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Whether you're greeting guests, assisting at the bar, setting up, or helping with clean-up, your efforts ensure our events are a success. In return, you’ll receive free admission to the event you volunteer at.

A Day in the Life:

Each event is different, offering new tasks and challenges. You might be checking guests in, helping set up decorations, supporting bar operations, or assisting with event breakdown. Whatever the task, you'll be part of a team making our events welcoming and fun.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in guests at the door.

  • Assist with bar tasks to keep the event running smoothly.

  • Help with event setup, including arranging decorations, seating, and equipment.

  • Support with event breakdown and clean-up after the event.

  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Must-Haves:

  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team.

  • Reliability and punctuality.

  • Willingness to help with various tasks.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in event support or customer service.
